      Subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 14, Chapter 363 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Liquor and Beer: Wine Licenses, amending the definition of restaurant to allow for more than one musician as permitted entertainment for establishments holding Class C-2 wine licenses (Schiff).
