10. Pedicabs:
      Subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 13, Chapter 305 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Licenses and Business Regulations: Pedicabs, allowing electric-assist bicycles to be used as pedicabs (Gordon).

Action Taken:  Extended Hours License Approved for the hours of Sunday through Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 5:00 a.m. to Midnight.  City Attorney's Office directed to prepare findings in support of the Committee's decision.

15. Rental Licensing Regulations:
       Ordinances amending Title 12, Chapter 244 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Housing: Maintenance Code, amending provisions as follows
       a) providing for period of ineligibility for persons holding or possessing an interest in any rental dwelling license upon the occurrence of a second revocation or cancellation. (Glidden; Introduced 1/27/2012)
       b) regarding substandard dwellings and providing requirements inclusive of mandatory training for rental dwelling license holders in certain circumstances. (Glidden; Introduced 4/13/2012)
