      Action Taken:  Ordinance Approved.  Staff directed to report back to Council Members on recommendations from staff regarding how to use the described resolution power with the ordinance for identifying specific businesses that would go through an approval process individually, and also for recommendations on how to work with those businesses that are very close to residential property.
