5. 2010 Special Assessment Levy:
a. Approve levying assessments for Levy 1103, CDBG Demo ($868,107.87);
b. Authorize Regulatory Services to continue to receive pre-payments until November 30, 2010 as allowable by law, at which point the final levy list will be sent to the Director of the Hennepin County Property Taxation Department.
c. Direct the Director of Hennepin County Taxation Department to place assessments against certain properties to defray the cost for unpaid administrative citations and civil fines issued in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances.
