     Redistricting Group Minutes of February 1, 2012
     Action Taken:  Approved.

4.  Chair's Report   
     Factors to Consider in Redistricting;  Proposed Redistricting Calendar
     Action Taken:  Approved motion to engage MTN to televise the Redistricting Group’s public hearings.

5.  Receive and file all public comments received since the February 1, 2012 Redistricting Group meeting and enter them into the official record
     Larson;  Vollmar-Heywood;  Martens;  Thorstenson; Ferman   
     Action Taken:  Received and filed.      

6.  Review Proposed Draft Maps:
     Group input to update draft maps
     Ward Map 1 & Stats;  Ward Map 2 & Stats;  Park Map & Stats;  Downtown Ward Map
     Action Taken:  None.  Operations Committee scheduled to meet February 13 at 2 pm in Room 319 City Hall.
