9. Emergency Operations and Training Facility:
a) Authorize the proper City officers to proceed with the design and construction of three (3) apparatus bays to be built as an addition to the newly constructed Emergency Operations Training Facility;
b) Authorize the acceptance of Federal appropriations in the amount of $750,000 and the execution of any necessary agreements associated with the appropriation; and
c) Authorize Amendment #2 to the existing contract with Wold Architects and Engineers, increasing the contract by $105,000, for a revised contract total of $517,543, to provide design services required for the addition of the apparatus bays. Funds are available within the existing project budget.
