7. 2009 Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant:
Execute contract with Hennepin County for Citys share of grant award of $659,688 to support two City Attorney II positions; Gang Enforcement Team, and other precinct-based gang suppression activities; and purchase microphones for each patrol officer to be used in conjunction with the squad cameras; and Approve appropriations.
