14. Minneapolis Economic Recovery Strategy – Bryne Grant:
Execute Memorandum of Understanding and contract with Hennepin County to receive $3,961,232 to continue services of City Attorneys assigned to Police Precincts and to fund 13 Community Service Officer positions; and Approve appropriation. (Refer to W&M/Budget)
