1.   DNA Analysts:
Authorize a Joint Powers Agreement with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, not to exceed $714,000, for Police Department to support four DNA analysts to work on MPD cases (Refer to W&M).

2.   The First 48:
Authorize contract agreement with The First 48 television documentary series producers for Minneapolis Police Department to be highlighted in TV series episodes.

Accept single bid of Uniforms Unlimited for an estimated annual expenditure in the amount of $130,000.00, for Conducted Energy Device/Tasers to the Minneapolis Police Department (Refer to W&M).

4.   Law Enforcement Services in the Neighborhoods Adjacent the TCF Bank Stadium:
Authorize an agreement with the Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC, for law enforcement services in the neighborhoods adjacent to the TCF Stadium by the Police Department during the 2014 Minnesota Vikings football season games (Refer to W&M).

5.   Police Department Staffing and Response Times:
Report back on Committee direction of 7/23/2014 that Police Department staff provide monthly reports on a) Police Department staffing levels in each precinct; and b) Police Department response times for Priority 1, 2, 3 and 4 calls for each precinct.
