2.   Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA):
Authorize contract with MPHA in an amount up to $108,825, to support a sergeant investigator for one year in relation to the MPHA Housing Choice Program (Refer to W&M).

3. Police Bomb Detective Services:
Authorize agreement with University of Minnesota for Mpls Police Department to provide bomb detection services for the 2014 Minnesota Vikings football games at TCF Bank stadium, with an estimated cost of $28,860, to be reimbursed by the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority.

Consider direction to Police Department staff to provide monthly reports on a) Police Department staffing levels in each precinct; and b) Police Department response times for Priority 1, 2, 3 and 4 calls for each precinct, with a report back to Committee at the next meeting (August 6, 2014).
