1.   2014 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Award:
Authorize acceptance of the U.S DOJ Bureau of Justice Assistance 2014 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) award for funding through Hennepin County, $275,540; Approve budget appropriations (Also in W&M).

2. K-9 Veterinary Care:
Authorize contract with the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine for up to $22,595 to receive K-9 veterinary care for the period July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015 (Also in W&M).

3.   Joint Enforcement Team (JET) Patrols and Shot Spotter Expansion:
Approve budget appropriation increases to authorize $100,000 for overtime costs to provide JET police patrols and $90,000 to expand the Shot Spotter coverage to the neighborhood north of Lowry Ave N (Also in W&M).
