1.   Minneapolis Employee Assistance Program Lease:
Authorize amendment & extension of current contract for office space at 314 Clifton Ave to a three year lease agreement for the Police Department’s Employee Assistance Program (Also in W&M).

2.   Counterterrorism Education Learning Lab (CELL):
Authorize contract with The CELL for the development of a Community Awareness Program with a customized training program & training video tailored for the Minneapolis community, for a cost of $197,000 ($100,000 to be reimbursed from the 2013 Urban Area security Initiative grant awarded to the City of Minneapolis for Emergency Management; $97,000 subsidized by The CELL) (Also in W&M).

3.   Shared/Hosted Next-Generation 911 Call Handling System:
a) Authorize staff participation in the finalization of a cooperative agreement for the five agencies for a shared/hosted system;
b) Authorize staff, in conjunction with Metropolitan Emergency Services Board, to begin contract negotiations with selected vendor for specific final configuration.
