1.  Minneapolis Commission on Civil Rights:
     Confirm Mayoral appointments of Iris Altamirano (replacing Emily Froehle), Reanne Viken (replacing Cecilia Rodriquez-Melendez), Donald Joseph (replacing Jennifer Thompson and Adosh Unni (attorney reappointment), all for terms expiring 12/31/2017;
      Approve City Council appointments of Liban Abdulkadir (replacing Tom Gallagher), Laura Baldwin (attorney, replacing Patricia Nelson) and Bernadette Casey (reappointment), all for terms expiring 12/31/2017.

2.  Domestic Violence:
     Update report related to the City of Minneapolis' Pledge to Reduce Domestic Violence and Work Plan, adopted in 2007.

3.  Combat Sex Trafficking:
     Consider resolution adopting a City pledge to combat commercial sexual exploitation & trafficking of juveniles & creating a City work group, Mpls Coordinating Committee to Prevent Juvenile Sex Trafficking, to further the goals of the pledge.

4.  Bomb Disposal Services:
     Authorize a Joint Powers contract agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety/Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, $54,000, to provide bomb disposal services to other jurisdictions within the state, to be reimbursed at $175 per hour; Approve budget appropriation (Also in W&M/Budget).

5. Mpls Public Housing Authority:
    Authorize contract agreement with the MPHA, $108,825, for Police Department to provide sergeant investigator for one year for the MPHA Housing Choice Program; Approve budget appropriation (Also in W&M/Budget).

6. 2014 Detox Van Services:
    Authorize contract amendment with Hennepin County to provide police Detox Van services, for estimated $204,882, with contract operating through the Police Special Revenue Fund (Also in W&M/Budget).

7. Minnesota Board of Firefighter Training and Education (MBFTE) Training Reimbursement:
    Authorize acceptance of MBFTE funding under the Round 6 training reimbursement program, $32,640, for training conducted between 7/1/2013-6/30/2014 (Also in W&M/Budget).

8.  Youth Violence Prevention:
     Authorize agreement with the State of Minnesota to accept an estimated revenue of $60,000 from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Justice Programs, for youth violence prevention and intervention activities over a 2 year period; approve budget appropriation (Also in W&M/Budget).

9.  Accreditation Preparation Support:

10. Homegrown Minneapolis Food Council:
      Confirm Mayoral appointments of Sammie Rivera (replacing Kurt Schreck), Omari Chatman (replacing Rebecca Reed), Hashep Seka (replacing Deborah Ramos), Pakou Hang (replacing Tracy Singleton); Reappointments of Beth Dooley, Rhys Williams and Mustafa Sundiata.
      Approve City Council appointments of DeVon Nolan (replacing Neill Oxendale), Andrew Dahl (replacing Sara Nelson-Pallmeyer), Zoe Holloman (replacing Eric Larsen); Reappointments of Alison Rotel, Russ Henry, Kris Igo and Aaron Reser.

Health Department

12. Public Health Survey:
      a)  Authorize a Joint Powers Agreement with the Counties of Ramsey, Washington, Hennepin, Dakota, Scott, Carver and Anoka, and the cities of Bloomington, Richfield and Edina to collaborate on a comprehensive and metro-wide public health survey;
      b)  Authorize payment to Ramsey County, acting as the fiscal agent for the Agreement, for the City’s portion of survey expenses not to exceed $63,000 (Also in W&M/Budget).

13. Parent Education & Support to Prevent Youth Violence:
      Authorize contract with the following agencies for funding to provide parent education and support to prevent youth violence, contingent upon final Council approval with the 2014 budget:  The Link, $70,000 and Pillsbury United Communities, $70,000 (Also in W&M/Budget).
