3.  School Based Clinic Billing, Data Management & Consulting/Training Services:
     Authorize amendment to contract with Pat Neska and Associates, extending to 8/31/2014, & increasing contract amount to a new total of $640,000 (Also in W&M/Budget).

4.  U.S. Health Resources & Services Administration/Maternal Child Health Research Program Grant Application:
     Authorize application for 3-year grant, $900,000, beginning 4/1/2014, to implement & study the benefits of engaging expectant fathers (Also in W&M/Budget).

5.  U.S. Department of Justice/Office of Juvenile Justice & Delinquency Prevention Grant Award:
     Authorize accept & appropriate grant award, $245,223, for youth violence prevention activities; Approve appropriation increase (Also in W&M/Budget).

Police Department

6.  MN Department of Public Safety/Office of Traffic Safety Toward Zero Deaths Grant Award:
     Authorize accept & appropriate grant award, $453,740, and enter into agreements with Police Departments of the UofM, Golden Valley, Crystal, Hopkins, Robbinsdale & New Hope to share grant funds to be determined (Also in W&M/Budget).

7.  U.S. Department of Justice/Office on Violence Against Women Grant Award:
     Authorize accept & appropriate grant award, $900,000, & execute a contract with US DOJ; Authorize contract with domestic violence advocacy agencies as designated in the grant proposal; Approve appropriation increases for Police & City Attorney (Also in W&M/Budget).

8.  Police K-9s:
     Authorize contract with Law Enforcement Technology Group, LLC, for tracking of activity of Police K-9’s (Also in W&M/Budget).
