Department of Regulatory Services 

1.  Animal Care & Control Donations:
     Approve resolution accepting in-kind donations for dog & cat food & supplies (Also in W&M/Budget).

Health Department

2.  HEALTHIA Exchange Contract:
     Authorize expenditure contract with Optum Inc., for annual cost of $5,000, for use of its HEALTHIA exchange, an insurance eligibility verification service for health care providers.

     Action Taken:  Approved.

3.  Public Health Advisory Committee:
     Approve City Council appointments of Tamara Ward (Ward 5) (member at large, replacing Samira Dini for a term expiring 12/31/2014) and Sarah Dutton (Mpls Public Schools Council, filling unexpired term of Julie Young-Burns for a term expiring 12/31/2015).

Police Department

4.  Partners in Leadership, Inc Contract Amendment:
     a)  Authorize contract amendment with Partners in Leadership, Inc. for leadership training, increasing by $11,000 & authorize execution of documents;
     b)  Approve waiver to the City Travel Policy (Also in W&M/Budget).
