1.  Animal Care & Control Donations:
     Approve resolution accepting in-kind donations for dog & cat food & supplies (Also in W&M/Budget).

2.  K-9 Veterinary Care:
     Authorize contract with University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, $22,595, for vet care from 7/1/2013-6/30/2014 (Also in W&M/Budget).

3.  Mobile Digital Camera:
     Authorize lease agreement with Ventura Village Neighborhood Association, $1.00, for use of camera for 20-year period (Also in W&M/Budget).

Health Department

4.  Public Health Advisory Committee:  
     Approve City Council appointment of Adrienne Morris for a term to expire 12/31/2014 (filling seat of Douglas Limon).

5.  Security Services at Gopher Football Games:
     Report referred back from Council re acceptance of funds from the University of Minnesota, $16,000, and authorize contract agreement for Mpls Police Department to provide security at the TCF Bank Stadium.

6.  Feral Cats:
     Subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 4 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Animals and Fowl, adding a new Chapter 67 entitled Managed Care of Feral Cats.
