1.  2013 Community Partnership Grant Award:
     Presentation of $2,500 award to the Minneapolis Fire Department from CenterPoint Energy.

Regulatory Services 

2.  Animal Care & Control Donations:
     Approve resolution accepting in-kind donations for dog & cat food & supplies (Also in W&M/Budget).

Police Department

3.  Department of Corrections:
     Authorize Interchange Agreement for Police Dept to assign a police officer to work with the Department of Corrections (Also in W&M/Budget).

4.  Jada Toys, Inc:
     Authorize contract agreement with Jada Toys granting permission to produce & market die-cast replicas of Minneapolis Police Dept patrol vehicles, for a period of two years (Also in W&M/Budget).

5.  Segways Donation:
     Authorize acceptance of two Segway donations from the Minneapolis SafeZONE Collaborative to the Police Dept (Also in W&M/Budget).

6.   Public Plaza Resolution:
      Resolution establishing rules for public plazas owned or controlled by the City of Minneapolis.
