3.  K-9 Service Dog Care:
     a)  Authorize contract agreement, $20,000, with the UofM College of Veterinary Medicine for the period 7/1/2012-6/30/2013;
     b)  Authorize contract agreement, $1,653.08, with the UofM College of Veterinary Medicine for the period 7/1/2011-6/30/2012 (Also in W&M/Budget).
