 1.  Dangerous Animals:
      Consider ordinances amending Title 4 of the Mpls Code of Ordinances relating to Animals and Fowl, amending & adding provisions regarding declaration requirements for declared animals; appeal hearing procedures for declared animals; ordinance clarification; restriction period; fees; & eliminating midterm check (by Samuels):
      a) Chapter 64 relating to Dogs, Cats, Ferrets, and Rabbits; & 
      b) Chapter 66 relating to Rabies Control (Also in W&M/Budget).

 2.  Legacy 911 Network:
      Accept non-matching grant, $10,000, from the State of Minnesota for reimbursement of expenditures incurred in the purchase and installation of necessary equipment and/or network requirements for conversion from the Legacy 911 Network to the NG911 Network to meet PSAP readiness specifications as identified; Passage of Resolution increasing appropriation (Also in W&M/Budget).

 3.  Hazardous Materials Transportation Specialist Training:
      Authorize contract, not to exceed $100,000, with the Emergency Services Training Institute at Texas A & M Engineering Extension Service for the provision of Hazardous Materials Transportation Specialist training (Also in W&M/Budget).

      Approve resolution accepting in-kind donations of dog & cat food & supplies (Also in W&M/Budget).

      Approve resolution accepting seed donations from Plantation Products LLC (Also in W&M/Budget).
