4.  Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Program:

     Approve new appointments of Jay Ludke (organizational rep); Lola Panschar (organizational rep); Margie Curtis (organizational rep); and Ellen Wolfson (at large).

7.  Youth Violence Prevention Executive Committee:
