Presentation on report of City departments and other local partners on the issue of combatting the sex trafficking and prostitution of juveniles.

2. Disaster Behavioral Health Emergency Consulting Services:
Approve amendment to contract with MASA Consulting, increasing by $12,000 for a total of $61,999, for services related to Operation Curtain Call (Refer to W&M/Budget).
