4.   Dangerous Animals Ordinances:
      Subject matter of ordinances amending Title 4 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Animals and Fowl, amending provisions relating to dangerous and potentially dangerous animals and amending provisions related to conducting midterm exam of animal:
      a) Chapter 64 relating to Dogs, Cats, Ferrets, and Rabbits; &
      b) Chapter 66 relating to Rabies Control (Ordns by Samuels).
