1.   Fire Department Agency Evaluation & Master Plan:
      Presentation of the comprehensive evaluation of the Minneapolis Fire Department compiled by Emergency Services Consulting International (ESCI).

      Staff Report: ESCI Report-RCA, PowerPoint from 7/11, Plan-Phase I, Plan-Phase II, Plan-Phase III, ESCI PowerPoint    
      Action Taken:  Report received and filed and referred to PSC&H meeting

Public Safety, Civil Rights & Health Committee action taken: Passage of staff direction asking the Fire Chief to report back in two cycles from the next regular committee meeting (to September 12, 2012) to provide a written summary of the actions that will follow from this report, both what has already done and what will be done, and what comprises the chief’s wish list   

 The Public Safety, Civil Rights & Health Committee and Ways & Means/Budget Committee will each separately convene a special meeting immediately following the special joint meeting if any action beyond receiving and filing the report on the subject matter will be taken.

Notice: A portion of this meeting may be closed to the public pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.03 or 13D.05.
