1.   Animal Care and Control Donations:
       Accept by resolution in-kind donations of dog and cat food and treats, from the following individuals: Rebecca Leland and Janelle Hendricks. (Refer to W&M/Budget)

2.   Civilian Review Authority Chair and Vice Chair:
      Approve Mayoral appointment of current Civilian Review Authority (CRA) board members Robert Briscoe, Jr. and Vernon Wetternach as CRA Board Chair and Vice Chair.

3.   Blue Cross/Blue Shield Connect for Health Challenge Grant for 2012:
      Authorize application for the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Connect for Health Challenge Grant for 2012 in the amount of $20,000 to hold a pilot Fire Corps program for East African youth.  (Refer to W&M/Budget)

4.   NIH Grant Application:
      Authorize application for a two-year research grant not to exceed $275,000 from the National Institutes of Health to improve health screening among men of color in low-income neighborhoods. (Refer to W&M/Budget)

5.   Minneapolis Senior Citizen Advisory Committee Appointments:
      Approve mayoral reappointments of Patrick Rowan, Ward 1, Marci Holley Bartlett, Ward 5, and Joanna Lees, Ward 13, for two-year terms running January 2012 - December 2013.

6.   Minneapolis Advisory Committee on People with Disabilities Appointments:
     Approve mayoral reappointments of Ken Rodgers, Ward 3, and Michael Foster, Ward 7, for two-year terms running January 2012 - December 2013.

7.   Port Security Grant Match:
      Authorize acceptance of $50,000 from the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization for the match required to leverage $150,000 in Port Security funds to purchase a mobile command trailer, a utility watercraft, and associated equipment; and Approve appropriation.  (Refer to W&M/Budget)

8.   Grant Extensions:
      Authorize extensions of the following grants: 2009 MMRS Grant from March 31, 2012 to July 31, 2012; 2009 UASI Grant from March 31, 2012 to July 31, 2012; and 2009 Port Security Grant from July 31, 2012 to November 30, 2012.

9.   Joint Powers Agreement:
