1. Animal Care & Control Donations:
a) Accept by resolution in-kind donations of dog and cat food and treats, pet apparel, and animal care items from the following individuals and groups: Dr. Terri Derr, Kim K. Geise, Patricia Givogre, Volunteers at Underdog Rescue, Jen Kankoo, and an anonymous donor.
b) Accept by resolution in-kind donations of dog and cat food and treats, pet apparel, and animal care items from the following individuals and groups: Mary Kenefisk, Mandi Mogart, Mary Wick, Volunteers at Pet Project Rescue (PPR), Trish Moreland, Toni Yeamans, Nancy Johnson, and Cassy Jerrett. 2. Youth Violence Reduction Grant:
Authorize application for a 3-year grant, not to exceed $1.5 million, from U.S. Department of Justice to replicate a proven strategy to reduce youth violence in Minneapolis. (Refer to W&M/Budget)
