Review for consistency with the comprehensive plan the sale of properties at 2933 and 2937 5th Ave S for development of multifamily housing.

2. L&H Station – 2225 E Lake St (Discussion)
The overall development is anticipated to be developed in four separate phases over ten years. Phase One would include the construction of 100,000 square feet of office space, 8,000 square feet of commercial space and a total of 125 residential units. At completion the project is anticipated to include a total of 565 residential units, a 100,000 square foot office building, 16,075 square feet of commercial space, 840 off-street parking spaces and a public plaza/marketplace.

3. Handicraft Guild development- 89-91 S 10th St and 1004-1016 Marquette Ave (Discussion)
The applicant is proposing to demolish the buildings located at 1004 and 1016 Marquette Ave and construct a new 18-story, 293-unit residential building on the site. As part of the development the historically designated Handicraft Guild building, located at 89-91 S 10th St, would be rehabilitated. The existing building and the proposed building would be connected by a three-story link.

A new, 4-story residential building with 40 units (49,258 square feet of gross floor area) and 55 enclosed parking spaces.
