2. Nicollet-Lake Redevelopment Plan (Approval)

Staff report

Review for consistency with the comprehensive plan the establishment of a Redevelopment Plan for the area surrounding the intersection of Nicollet Avenue and Lake Street. Approval of the Redevelopment Plan by the City Council will result in the establishment of a redevelopment project area under state statute, giving the City the authority to conduct redevelopment activities as described in the plan.
