1.     Land Sale – 2723 Polk St NE (Approval) 

Review for consistency with the Comprehensive Plan the sale of 2723 Polk St NE for the development of a single family home.

2.     501 15th Ave SE – (Discussion)    

A five story addition, with 16 new dwelling units and enclosed parking, attached to three existing 3.5 story apartment buildings. The existing buildings contain a combined total of 18 dwelling units. With the new addition there will be a total of 34 dwelling units on site.

3.     Park Vista - 110 and 124 12th Ave S and 1102 2nd St S (Discussion)

      A new 12-story, residential development that includes a total of 169 condominium units and 319 parking spaces within an underground parking garage.

4.   Xcel Headquarters – 401 Nicollet Mall (Discussion)

A new 9-floor, 161-foot tall, 221,000 square foot office building for Xcel Energy on Nicollet Mall.

5.   Andrew Riverside – 401 and 412 8th Ave SE

A new 5-story, 56-foot tall, multi-family residential building with 56 units and an approximately 4,630 square foot ground level space to be used by the Andrew Riverside Presbyterian Church.

6.     Currie Park Lofts – 1500, 1506 and 1514 6th St S; 1500, 1505, 1506, 1507, and 1515 5th St S; and 1507 and 1511 4th St S (Discussion)    

A new six-story mixed-use building that includes approximately 260 rental housing units (most affordable at 50% and 60% MMI) and approximately 25,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving commercial space.

7.   The Interchange Project – 417 5th St N (Discussion)    

A new multi-modal transportation hub.
