Passage of Ordinance mending Title 7, Chapter 139 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Civil Rights: In General, relating to protected class status to Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) recipients, exempting certain dwelling units from requirements of the amendments.
