Approve resolution approving Laws of Minnesota 2014 Legislative Session, Chapter 240, Section 15, authorizing the City of Minneapolis to issue an on-sale liquor license to the American Swedish Institute and one or more on-sale liquor licenses to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts for the sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises.
