2.   2014 Minneapolis Federal Agenda:

      Amend the Policy Initiatives section of the federal agenda by adding language regarding Federal Role in Affordable and Workforce Housing.

      Staff Report: Federal Housing RCA

Action Taken: Approved with portion of staff recommendation amended as follows:
“Support federal tax code changes including but not limited to the mortgage interest tax deduction, in whole or in part, to a tax credit and reducing modifying the maximum home mortgage deduction so that the code changes are structured to assist first time and moderate income households in affording a home and providing funding for the National Housing Trust Fund.”

3.   Federal, State & Local Update:

      Presentation on legislative issues that impact the City of Minneapolis.

4.   Minnesota Housing Finance Agency:
