1.   Approve Amendments to 2014 City of Minneapolis State Legislative Agenda:
a)  Municipal Waste and Recycling section: include language relating to increasing state funding for the state solid waste block grant program (SCORE).
Action Taken: Approved.
b)  Air Quality: Insert language “Support legislation that provides cities of the first class to limited authority to impose reasonable restrictions on the use of pesticides for non-agricultural uses and require non-agricultural pesticides sold in Minnesota to indicate if they are pollinator friendly.”

      2.   Metro Cities:
      Presentation by Metro Cities regarding Metropolitan Water Resources and Regional Planning Process.
Action Taken: Received & Filed.
3.   Minimum Wage:
      Resolution supporting the campaign to ask the Minnesota Legislature to raise the minimum wage to at least $9.50 by 2015 and index it to inflation.
Action Taken: Approved.
      4.  2013 Annual Grants Reports – Grants and Special Projects Office.
Action Taken: Received & Filed.

5.   Triclosan:
      Approve resolution and amend the City of Minneapolis Legislative Agenda to include support for phasing out Triclosan from consumer products in Minnesota.
