1. 2014 City of Minneapolis State Legislative Agenda:
a) Overview of State Legislative Agenda and State Bonding Priority List.
Staff Report: State Legislative Agenda; 2014 Capital Investment Projects; State Legislative Agenda Overview
Action Taken:  Received and filed report.
b) Approve amendments to clarify provisions.
Staff Report: State Legislative Amendments RCA
Action Taken:  Approved, to include the following language regarding the City's support of raising and indexing the minimum wage:  "The raising and indexing of the state minimum wage to at least $9.50 per hour". 
2.   League of Minnesota Cities:
Presentation by League of Minnesota Cities regarding state/local fiscal relationship, transportation funding and mandate relief.

3   Move MN:
      Authorize the City to be a member of Move MN.

      Action Taken:  Approved.
4.   Clean Energy and Jobs Campaign:
Authorize the City to be a member of the Clean Energy and Jobs Campaign.

Action Taken:  Approved.
5.   Federal Communication Commission (FCC):
Authorize the City to submit comments and reply to comments regarding the proposed FCC rules regarding broadband deployment.
