1. 2010 State Capital Bonding Projects:

a) Presentation - Target Center Improvements;

b) Approve and rank the 2010 Capital Budget requests and submit requests to the Commissioner of the State Department of Management and Budget; and

c) Direct staff to include in 2010 legislative agenda an item concerning debt relief for regional facilities in Minneapolis.
