3. The People's Bailout Bill:

Consider amendment to the City's 2009 Legislative Agenda to include support for Sections 6 and 7 of House File No. 626/Senate File No. 542 relating to (Sec 6) economic development; extending MFIP assistance; modifying unemployment compensation; augmenting foreclosure provisions; establishing a jobs creation program; limiting certain layoffs; appropriating money; and (Sec 7) foreclosure moratorium.

Action Taken: Approved adding support for Section 6 to the City's 2009 Legislative Agenda (Affordable Housing & Homelessness Prevention); Forwarded without recommendation proposal to support Section 7.
