Discussion Items

1. Third Quarter 2007 Report.

Action Taken: Received & filed.

2. Independent Boards:

Consider resolution relating to the relationship between the City of Minneapolis and the Parks and Schools.

Action Taken: Approved.

3. 2008 Environmental Legislative Agenda:

Approve legislative agenda ( HE&E Action Taken 11/5/2007: Referred to IGR, with IGR staff direction to develop proposed language on the following issues for possible inclusion in the Legislative Agenda: a) Incentives for local governments to adopt green practices; and b) Extension of policy issues relating to recycling and reuse of materials

Action Taken: Approved adding as support items to the draft 2008 State Legislative Agenda.

4. 2008 Legislative Agenda:

Discuss updated draft.

Action Taken: Continued to next meeting.

5. Federal/State/Local Update.

Action Taken: None.
