7. Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP):
Consider NRP Policy Board action that authorizes the NRP Chair & Director to work with City leaders to pursue a narrowly focused statutory change in 2006 to expand the definition of the "NRP Statute" to include community public safety in addition to housing. Said authorization would expire 12/31/06.
Action Taken: Approved support for amendments to NRP Statutes to include language allowing expenditure of NRP funds for community public safety strategies.
