The commission may take action on items as part of a consent agenda at the beginning of the meeting. In these instances, the commission president will open the public hearing at the beginning of the meeting and will ask whether anyone would like to provide testimony or express concerns about items recommended for the consent agenda. The Department of Community Planning and Economic Development recommends that the Heritage Preservation Commission adopt staff findings for the applications by Kristy Raasch for the property located at 4632 Emerson Ave S:

A.     Demolition of Historic Resource.

Recommended motion: Deny the demolition of historic resource application; Establish interim protection; and Direct the Planning Director to prepare or cause to be prepared a designation study of the potential Lynnhurst Residential Historic District.
