Public Hearings

1.  2320 Colfax Avenue South (BZH #27687, Ward 10) (Smoley)
Anders Christensen submitted an application for an Appeal of the Planning Director’s Determination that 2320 Colfax Avenue South did not meet the Heritage Preservation Regulations’ definition of a historic resource.
Action: Notwithstanding staff recommendation, the Heritage Preservation Commission granted the appeal of the Planning Director’s determination which stated that 2320 Colfax Avenue South did not meet the Heritage Preservation Regulations’ definition of a historic resource on the contention that the property exemplified the work of a master builder and architect, Theron Potter Healy.
Aye: Faucher, Haecker, Hunter Weir, Lackovic, Lindberg, R. Mack, Stade, Tableporter
Nay: Larsen, L. Mack

Commissioner Lindberg announced her resignation from the Heritage Preservation Commission and stated her last meeting will be April 30. (Lindberg)
HPC Awards are scheduled for Thursday, May 16, at the International Market Square. (Lindberg)
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
The next regular Heritage Preservation Commission meeting: April 30, 2013.
The Chair reserves the right to limit discussion on Agenda items.
Heritage Preservation Commission decisions are final unless appealed.
