1. Lead Hazard Reduction:

Amend contract with Minnesota Remodeling and Restoration to increase bid price for window replacement. (Refer to W&M/Budget)

5. June 5th - Civil Rights:

a. Subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 7, Chapter 139 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Civil Rights: In General, to conform with state law, to revise language in contract compliance provisions and to modify language regarding disabilities and affectional preference.

b. Subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 7, Chapter 141 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Civil Rights: Administration and Enforcement, relating to commission membership attendance requirements, disparate impact complaint procedure, correction of typographical errors, amending “affectional preference” to “sexual orientation” and subpoena power of the Director of Civil Rights.

c. Subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 15 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Ethics in Government, to amend “affectional preference” to “sexual orientation”.

d. subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 9, Chapter 172 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Fire and Police Protection: Civilian Review Authority, to amend “affectional preference” to “sexual orientation”. (Benson)
