1. Youth Violence Prevention Executive Committee:
Approve Mayoral appointments of Mai Moua Vang; and Dale Blyth, for two-year terms to expire December 31, 2010.

2. Pregnancy Psychosocial Risk Screening Study:
Execute data sharing agreement with the Minnesota Department of Human Services for participants in study who consent to the release of records.

4. Environmental Health Services:

5. Healthy Homes Demonstration Grant:
Apply for grant from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development seeking up to $2 million to reduce environmental hazards related to childrens health and resolve problematic deficiencies in housing for the elderly. (Refer to W&M/Budget)

6. Energy Auditing Services:
Approval to obtain proposals for energy auditing services related to various City owned facilities in compliance with the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. (Refer to W&M/Budget)

7. Minnesota GreenCorps:
Direct staff to write a letter of support on application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for two GreenCorps members, a Living Green Outreach Specialist to work with the Solid Waste/Recycling Division of Public Works; and a Local Food Specialist to assist City staff with the Homegrown Minneapolis Initiative.

8. Minneapolis Economic Recovery Strategy - Smart Grid Demonstration Grant:
a. Authorize submit necessary documents to support the City being a partner with Xcel Energy in submitting an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act grant application to the United States Department of Energy to evaluate the ability of battery storage and customer load management to mitigate the variability effect of solar generation on the distribution system.
b. If awarded, Authorize negotiate and execute all agreements to receive and execute the grant.
c. If awarded, authorize the use of up to $200,000 to fund the Citys contribution to the project. (Refer to W&M/Budget)
