Set Public Hearing

1. Civilian Police Review Authority:

Approve appointments for nine vacancies.

Action Taken: Set Public Hearing for April 21st Meeting.

2. Air Quality:

Subject matter of the following ordinances amending Title 3 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Air Pollution and Environmental Protection:
a. Chapter 47 relating to Minneapolis Air Quality Management Authority
b. Chapter 49 relating to Abrasive Blasting.

Action Taken: Set Public Hearing for April 21st Meeting.

Discussion Items

3. 2008 GreenPrint – Environmental Report.

Action Taken: Report Received & Filed. Staff directed to report back to the HE&E Committee in two cycles on how many individual parcel owners paid a storm water utility fee, how many applied for the credit, and the total amount of money generated for 2007.
