1. Civilian Police Review Authority Board:

Approve 2 Mayoral and 2 City Council appointments from the following candidates:

e. James Horan, Ward 13;

Ordinance amending Title 9, Chapter 172 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Fire and Police Protection: Civilian Police Review Authority, amending the reporting authority for submission of quarterly reports to be the appropriate City Council Committee.
