1.   Maternal and Child Home Visiting Services (15-00209)
a)   Authorizing contract with the Minnesota Department of Health to receive $180,000 for home visiting services for women and young children; and
b)   Approving increase in the appropriation and revenue estimate in the Health Department Grants-Federal Fund by $180,000. (Refer to W&M)

2.   Healthy Communities Transformation Initiative (15-00210)
Receiving and filing report/presentation.
Action Taken:  Received and filed.
City Coordinator
3.   Homegrown Minneapolis Food Council (15-00211)
Receiving and filing 2014 Homegrown Minneapolis Food Council Third Annual Report.
Action Taken:  Received and filed report.
Amended the Minneapolis Food Council enabling resolution to add one staff member each from the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board (MPRB) and the Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS), and two additional community members appointed by the MPRB and the MPS.
Referred to CD&RS Committee the following recommendation of the Homegrown Minneapolis Food Council:
        Support the Food Council’s land access policy goals related to urban agriculture:
        Extend the lease terms for City-owned parcels to greater than one year, with a preferred minimum of five years.
        Allow commercial growers to lease or purchase City-owned parcels, with the understanding that community gardeners would have priority access.
        Expand total number of City-owned lots available for urban agricultural lease or sale.
