Amending Title 10, Chapter 203 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Food Code: Grocery Stores, amending various provisions including those related to minimum sales floor area and off-street parking spaces.

2.   Project for Pride in Living Contract:
Authorizing increase to contract with Project for Pride in Living by $93,000, for a revised contract total of $573,000, to fund final close-out projects for the three-year Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Healthy Homes Thriving Communities Grant Project.  (Refer to W&M)

• Ellen Wolfson, Ward 3, for a term to expire December 31, 2015.
