Health Department
1.   Maternal and Child Home Visiting Program:
a)   Amend contract with the Minnesota Department of Health to extend the contract termination date by six months and accept additional revenue in the amount of $60,000 for home visiting services for women and young children; and
b)   Increase appropriation for the Health Department in the Grants-Federal Fund  by $60,000.

2.   Restroom Facilities:
Set a public hearing for September 8, 2014 to consider the subject matter of the following ordinances repealing provisions related to restroom facilities:
a)   Title 10, Chapter 188, relating to Food Code: Administration and Licensing, repealing Section 188.450;
b)   Title 14, Chapter 364, relating to Liquor and Beer:  Liquor Regulations, repealing Section 364.110; and
c)   Title 14, Chapter 368, relating to Liquor and Beer:  Beer Regulations, repealing Section 368.90.  (A. Johnson)

Action Taken:  Public hearing set for September 8, 2014.
