Neighborhood and Community Relations Department
1.   Transportation Engagement Efforts:
a)     Approve use of $44,000 of Hennepin County’s “Second 7.5%” Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) funds to support transportation engagement efforts for the Sumner-Glenwood Neighborhood/Heritage Park Neighborhood Association;
b)     Increase the appropriation for the NCR Agency Fund by $44,000; and
c)     Authorize execution of any contracts or agreements necessary to implement the request.  (Refer to W&M)

2.   Minnesota State Environmental Grant Applications:
Approve resolution authorizing execution of grant agreements with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) relating to applications for the Environmental Assistance Grant Program. (Refer to W&M)

3.   Minneapolis Animal Care and Control - Ordinance Amendment:
Subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 4, Chapter 62 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Animals and Fowl:  In General, amending existing provisions and adding new provisions related to the operations and administration of Minneapolis Animal Care and Control. (by A. Johnson)

4.   Food, Lodging and Pools Audit:
Receive and file report on Health Department’s self-audit of its inspection programs to determine progress and compliance with state requirements.

August 4, 2014 - Amendments to Title 10 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Food Code: as follows:
a)     Repealing Chapter 192 relating to Bread;
b)     Repealing Chapter 194 relating to Eggs; and
c)     Repealing Chapter 196 relating to Water for Drinking and Domestic Purposes.
