1.   Environmentally Acceptable Packaging Ordinance Amendment:
Subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 204 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Food Code:  Environmental Preservation:  Environmentally Acceptable Packaging, updating and amending various provisions. (by A. Johnson; Intro 4/25/2014)

2.   Landscaping Consultation and Tree Planting Services:
Authorize execution of a contract with Tree Trust in an amount not to exceed $75,000 to provide landscaping consultation and tree planting services to interested Minneapolis businesses that pay an annual Pollution Control bill. (Also in W&M)

3.   Internship Agreements for School Based Clinic Program:
Authorize execution of internship agreements with Augsburg College Social Work Program and Bethel University Counseling Psychology Program to allow for the School Based Clinic Program to be a clinical practicum training site for students enrolled in graduate programs. Agreements will be renewed annually unless discontinued by either party and the Commissioner of Health will be authorized to approve programmatic adjustments to the agreements as needed.

4.   Tree Remediation Program:
Authorize increase to contract with Wilson Custom Tree by $75,000 for the purpose of conducting a Tree Remediation Program to address tornado damaged trees in affected neighborhoods in North Minneapolis and approved by Neighborhood and Community Relations and Regulatory Services department staff.  (Also in W&M)

Action Taken:  Approved.  Neighborhood & Community Relations and Regulatory Services staff directed to develop a recommendation for addressing the removal of damaged trees and stumps on properties resulting from the June 21, 2013, storm and return to Committee with that recommendation in July 2014.
