1.   Minneapolis Community Environmental Advisory Commission Appointment:
Approve City Council appointment of Eduardo Cardenas (Ward 9) to the Minneapolis Community Environmental Advisory Commission (CEAC) for a term to expire December 31, 2014, and thank Annette Rondano for her years of service on CEAC..

2.   Resolution Calling for Action on Triclosan:
Approve resolution and amend the City of Minneapolis Legislative Agenda to include support for phasing out triclosan from consumer products in Minnesota. (Refer to IGR)

3.   Minneapolis Advisory Committee on People with Disabilities Appointments:
Approve the following reappointments to the Minneapolis Advisory Committee on People with Disabilities for terms to expire December 2015:
• Harvey Hoffman (Ward 7)
• Kenneth Rodgers (Ward 3)
• Amanda Temple (Ward 1)
• Terri Krake (Ward 9)
• Areslio Omar Magana (Ward 4)
• Heather Leide (Ward 13).

4.   Healthy Communities Transformation Initiative:
a)   Authorize execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Healthy Housing Solutions, Inc. for the Healthy Communities Transformation Initiative effective February 1, 2013 until terminated by either party; and
b)   Accept a total of $22,500 to fulfill the services outlined in the MOU and increase the appropriation and revenue in the Grants-Federal Fund.

6.   Biochar Composting and Demonstration Project:
Authorize execution of a no-cost Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Tribal Community for the Biochar Composting and Demonstration Project effective upon execution until terminated by either party. Other no-cost activities may be mutually agreed upon to advance the goals of the project without further Council authorization.

7.   UCare Skyway Senior Center:
a)   Accept $186,000 from UCare for annual operating expenses in 2014 for the UCare Skyway Senior Center; and
b)   Increase the appropriation and revenue estimate in the Grants-Other Fund by $186,000 to reflect receipt of the funds; and
c)   Authorize the Minneapolis Health Department to adopt and enforce a code of conduct, including an appeals process, to secure the use and enjoyment of the UCare Skyway Senior Center by senior citizens participating in center activities.

9.  One Minneapolis Fund:
     a)  Authorize the Neighborhood and Community Relations (NCR) Director to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit applications for the One Minneapolis Fund and further authorize the NCR Director and other City officers to execute all necessary contracts associated with the One Minneapolis Fund; and
      b)  Authorize the Neighborhood and Community Engagement Commission to review proposals for funding from the One Minneapolis Fund and make recommendations to the City Council on funding awards.
