 1.  Homegrown Minneapolis Food Council Appointments:
      Confirm Mayoral appointment of Russ Henry (Ward 12) and approve City Council appointment of Jillia Bovino (Ward 3) to the Homegrown Minneapolis Food Council for terms to expire December 31, 2015.
      Staff Report:  Homegrown Minneapolis RCA
      Action Taken:  Approved.

 Health Department

 2.  Services for High-Risk Youth:
      Authorize contract with Tubman, in the total amount of $75,000, to provide case management services in 2014 for youth who are at risk for involvement with violence.
(Refer to W&M)
      Staff Report:  At Risk Youth Services RCA 
       Action Taken: Approved.
